AK Evans Group

social media subscription

Ready to harness the power of social media to grow their business, the AK Evans Group came to us with the goal of building their social media profile and positioning their company as leaders in their industry. To help them create consistency in their visuals and messaging, we developed a social media strategy that focused on highlighting their end-to-end service, which sets them apart from their competitors, as well as promoting the great work culture they have in their Port Hedland and Perth offices. Since onboarding them as clients, we’ve seen improved engagement on their social media accounts including LinkedIn, and continued growth in their online community.

Country Chiropractic

social media subscription

Our first social media subscription client, Cara approached Locket Creations seeking to broaden her audience reach, and attract new clients to her clinics in Hedland, Newman and Perth. As a chiropractor, there are a number of guidelines to follow in advertising and marketing, so with this in mind, we created a social media strategy that focused on the experience each customer would receive at the clinic, rather than the specific treatments.

In the Mix

social media subscription

Having the beautiful Mel as a client was a dream. As a long-term, loyal customer of In the Mix it was fantastic to be able to help Mel grow her business and give her time back to focusing on her passion. Mel wanted to focus on showcasing the range of products she stocks in store, as well as building a strong online community so we created a strategy that combined both a sales-focus and developing the In the Mix brand identity. Mel had established a consistent visual and writing style for her social media accounts, so we kept the existing style and enhanced it by creating a fluid narrative for her profile.

Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce

social media subscription; brand and logo design

The local Chamber of Commerce had an established presence in the local community, however wanted to refine their social media profile and reposition their identity on social media. To achieve this, we created a visual style that was classic and minimalistic, to allow for clearer storytelling on their social media platforms. The content on their posts focuses on the strategic achievements of the organisation, as well as recognising their stakeholder relationships and emphasising the benefits for their members.

They also hired us to redevelop their logo, which was created when the organisation was first established. Seeking a fresh, contemporary logo, Locket Creations undertook a detailed consultation with the PHCCI committee and stakeholders, to ensure the new logo would reflect the vision and mission of the Chamber and would remain relevant over the next five to 10 years.

PPP Events

social media subscription;
website development

Being an events company, coming up with images and content is no problem at all. However, PPP Events came to us as they wanted a content strategy that was focused and contained consistent messaging, to help them build their business profile and attract more corporate clients. Working with the PPP Events team, we created a strategy that was tailored to that specific audience, with visuals and messages that would start that initial conversation. We also created a new website for them, that complemented the visual and narrative style they used on their social media, creating consistency across the various platforms.

The Sweet Life and The Corleone Family Cookbook

For the first cookbook, The Sweet Life, I was approached by author Lilliana Battle (ex-Masterchef Australia contestant) to audition to photograph for her cookbook, and to my surprise, I was successful. Working to a tight deadline and with a lot of recipes to photograph, we worked day and night to produce numerous photographs to be published in the book.

In 2018, Insight Editions contacted me to work on another project with Lilliana - The Corleone Family Cookbook, a recipe book which would be inspired by the iconic The Godfather movie trilogy, as well as recipes from Lilliana’s family. Unlike the previous project, this one required hours of research to create a visual style that was as close to the original movies as possible - I learnt a lot about cinematography and the work that went into films during this time! But like the previous project, we worked to a tight deadline (I had my wedding and a overseas work shoot straight after), and worked day and night to photograph all the recipes. The end result was a book that sold out on first release on Amazon, with a second release six months later, and it still continues to be a best-seller.

Life Happens Hypnotherapy

social media subscription; brand and logo design; website development

Maroushka came to us wanting to create a new brand, including a new logo and website, as well as managing her social media accounts. Her brief was to create a brand design that would reflect her practice (based on alchemy and the subconscious), yet also appeal to corporate clients as she sought to expand her business to includes business coaching. The challenge was creating a visual style that was not too ‘corporate’ or formal, but also didn’t steer towards the more mystical. With this in mind, we came up with a primary and secondary colour palette which could be used interchangeably on different target markets, and created a logo that still used the same elements as her previous logo, but was updated to a contemporary version that used classic and simple typography. This style was applied to her website, with written content that would appeal to individuals and corporates, and designed to attract new clients, and retain existing clients.

Sol Collective

Morocco yoga retreat photoshoot

Tara from the Sol Collective hired me to take photos for the week at her yoga retreat in Taghazout, Morocco. It was hard to say no to this as it combined my loves of photography, travel and food - yep, it was too good to pass up! Knowing the photos would be used for her general marketing and advertising, I focused on taking photos of the yoga practice, as well as profile shots of Tara while she was teaching.
